Brother Jason Dorsette serves as the Great Northwest District Director of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and is the Executive Director of Institutional Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Linn-Benton Community College. With over two years in this role, Brother Dorsette has excelled in public speaking, supervision, and advancing equity initiatives. His extensive experience includes nearly a decade at Oregon State University, where he directed academic equity programs and taught courses focused on multicultural issues and African American higher education.
